The Rundown: Matchbox is a leading Australian provider of kitchenware, giftware, appliances, cookware and bakeware with shop fronts across the country and an online store. Some of the key brands include Anolon, Maxwell & Williams, KitchenAid, Woll, Jamie Oliver by Tefal and many more.
The Goal: Optimise the current ecommerce store to maximize sales, enhance communication and grow Matchbox audience.
The challenge: Original Site:
– Not conversion optimized
– Lack of Security features
– UX is not optimal
– Product structure – difficult to update

Made many changes to the look and feel of the site to make it more modern and appealing
Fixed a lot of the functionality that was broken or not correctly working to create a more fluid user experience.
Increased page load speeds – soon we will be implementing even more improvements in this area
Made product selection easier and included new categories
Made assessments on the optimal user experiences for Matchbox clients to give them ease of shopping online
