The Brief:

White Fox Boutique needed to scale up to enterprise, as the business had outgrown community

The Result:

A 13.2% Increase in conversion (2016 v 2017) and triple the amount of international traffic

 

Introduction:

MindArc and White Fox Boutique have been partners since the launch of the first WFB site in 2013. Since then, we have seen exponential growth in their business as their offering has become more unique and tailored to their market. Performance optimisation has always been key to the success of White Fox Boutique’s online business as blogger campaigns, flash sales and highly coveted product releases are the norm.

 

Operating with a mobile first approach, we optimised the size blocks to update in real-time to avoid customer disappointment.

 

Magento 1 to 2:

As White Fox continued to outgrow Magento 1 Community at an accelerated pace, we realised our strategic roadmap would have to come forwards. Therefore, at the start of 2016, we recommended that to move to Magento Enterprise a re-platform to Magento 2 would be the most efficient and sensible investment for their business.

Later that year, we launched White Fox Boutique on Magento 2.0.13. 6 months later we re-launched on Magento 2.1.7 to allow White Fox Boutique to handle more customisations, more scalability for concurrent users and better cache capabilities.

 

The Outcome:

White Fox Boutique has seen incredible success since the upgrade from Magento 1 to Magento 2. We have seen an increase in conversions, traffic, concurrent users and sales across the board. White Fox Boutique are now able to leverage their strong infrastructure to take their business goals to the next level.

 

Our UX/UI Designer worked carefully with our Development Team to create a unique Wishlist flow for customers to interact with the White Fox Boutique brand and easily share with their friends.
